- Weather Events: While our structures are built to withstand most conditions, damage caused by extreme weather events is not covered by the warranty.
- Roof Style and Length: For regular and boxed-eave style roofs exceeding 31 feet, the 20-year limited warranty does not apply. Additionally, buildings exceeding 31 feet without a vertical roof have a 30-day artistry warranty only. The warranty of merchantability is specifically waived for these configurations due to inherent limitations with their design.
